Savithri Gorakshna Samithi is a registered charitable trust engaged in activities related to cow protection, welfare, and charitable initiatives.
1. Voluntary Donations
All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions towards the objectives and activities of the Trust.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it is considered final.
2. No Cancellation
Donations once made cannot be cancelled by the donor.
3. No Refund Policy
All donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered only in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Incorrect amount debited due to system malfunction
- Unauthorized transaction
In such cases, the donor must notify the Trust within 7 days of the transaction date and provide:
- Transaction ID
- Payment proof
- Registered contact details
Upon verification, the Trust may initiate a refund at its sole discretion.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund request is approved:
- The amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days depending on the bank/payment gateway.
